Nothing comes easy it seems.

There will be a slight delay for the ebook sales on Amazon. It seems someone at the aggregator has fiddled with my ebook file and has rendered it broken. They added an extra TOC at the end of the book and it has effectively  disconnected the CSS stylesheet from the content. How I don't know. What I do know is that there will be heck to pay and it will be remedied ASAP! Stay tuned. I am calling up the agg and we are going to get this fixed. Things never come easy and this applies in spades with ebooks.
