Here is a screenshot off my desktop of my ipad's screen mirrored onto it with the help of a little program called Reflector. Pretty cool! A tiny bit blurred but hopefully they will improve on it to fix that. You can view other skins: versions of all the ipads, white and black. A handy tool for giving a non-techie client a quick view of their book pages on a device. Some folks are still not very techie when it comes to e-books. They think they can open the file with just any software. Nope. Gotta be an ereader device or just some free ereader software of which there is a mountain to chose from. Just Google e-reader and you'll see. Firefox has a great plugin called epubreader that most mimics an ipad experience. It's close but not totally what you will see on a pad. It uses the same webkit engine that Safari and ios devices use. Adobe Digital Editions is another free reader I use for quick edit previews. It leaves a bit to be desired for regular reading use.
